Some ideas for a better day –

1. Find 3 good things about yourself and focus on these
2. Look for the good in others around you
3. Ask for help if you need it
4. If needed make time for YOU
5. Try and turn negative thoughts into a positive
6. Sometimes a little excersise does wonders for the mind
7. Do something for someone else, even if its the littlest thing

These are just a few things that can make you feel that little bit better, do the things you like, if you like music listen to it, if you like dancing dance :). Dont suffer in silence, there is always someone out there willing to listen.
