Make Learning Mistakes:

A mistake does not make you a failure. it’s a sign that you’r on your growing edge. Treat a mistakes as the gift it is-an opportunity to learn. Don’t fall into the low self-esteem traps or blaming others, denying your mistakes, hiding them, defending your behavior or criticizing yourself for not being perfect. Stretch yourself to be uncomfortable every day. Practice saying ” i don’t know” if you ain’t making mistakes, you’re playing it to safe.
